Introducing the Kentucky Pop-Up VIP Membership! As we continue to grow we want to celebrate and nurture our amazing community. Starting in 2025, applications will be open for just the first week of each month, with limited spots available. Members will be chosen based their unique vendor offerings, social media engagement, and commitment to creating a supportive environment for all. Join us in building an even stronger community!

Membership Cost: $100/year
Perks
One Free Booth
Members pick their free event at the start of the membership. After selecting the free event, members CAN change the free event to a different date up to 1 week before the event.
As there are a set number of vendor spots per event, members need to select their top two choices.
Register First
Registration for each event will open up for one week for members only before the applications open up to the public.
As there are a set number of vendor spots per event, members are not guaranteed entry to every event.

Lower Booth Costs
Booth prices for 2025 will be $60-$70 for the public. Members will be guaranteed a booth cost of $55 per event for the duration of their membership.

Monthly Give Away
At the end of each month, we will draw one name among the vendors. The winner will get free booths for the rest of the calendar year.

Kentucky Pop-Up Swag
Members will get a free Kentucky Pop-Up shirt as well as gifts and swag at each event they attend.
