VENDOR INFORMATION

We are always looking for artists, crafters or vendors who represent the creative souls of the Bluegrass. While we focus on Kentucky small business owners, we do have a limited number of vendors representing artisans from our neighboring states.  We are not a flea, vintage, resale, or mass market outlet. Kentucky Pop-Ups is a curated market of local creators looking to grow their client base by getting in front of potential buyers. 

The entry fee is affordable so as to give opportunities to new businesses who are at the beginning of their small business journey.   Depending on the event, the booths costs range from $50-$70.


Trunk Shows - Set up is in a parking lot where each vendor gets 2 parking spaces.  Vendors can set up out of their car and/or set up a table and a tent.  (Warmer Months)

Sip and Shops - Usually a shorter event in the evenings.

Indoor Markets - Traditional style vendor indoor market.  Each vendor gets roughly an 8x8 space depending on the venue.  (Cooler Months)

Our Commitment to you:

Our mission is to provide opportunities for small vendors to introduce their product, network, and make sales.  We carefully select locations and work to get the word out about each event.

A portion of every vendor fee goes towards advertising on many platforms. We cannot guarantee turn out but it will not be for lack of trying.

Our Expectation from Vendors:

The success of each event takes the community.  We want the vendors we select to be committed to spreading the word on each event.  It takes a Village!

Rain Policy: If an event gets cancelled for weather reasons, we will offer one of the following options to each vendor:

1) Free entry into any future event OR

2) 50% refund on vendor fee.  We cannot give a full refund because of the funds lost due to advertising and other non-recoupable costs.

The Process:


  • ONCE APPROVED, There is a  vendor fee that must be paid to confirm your space.  Your  “booth” space is not secured until your vendor fee has been paid in full:

  • Paypal to: PayPal.Me/kentuckypops

DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT TO ANY OTHER VENMO OR PAYPAL (unfortunately, there are scammers)

For Trunk Shows:

  • Set up begins at 9am, doors open to the public at 10am, market ends at 4pm, and we should be cleaned up by 5pm.

  •  Booths are set up out of the trunk of your car in designated parking spaces at the event.  Vendors can set up a table next to their vehicle but are not required to.  They must provide their own tent and table.  If you use a tent, you MUST bring weights to hold down the tent.  Sometimes they blow around.  The beauty of the trunk show is that there is no hauling and set up and take down is easy! 

  • We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display, however, loud music is prohibited.

For Indoor Day markets

  • Set up begins at 9am, doors open to the public at 10am, market ends at 4pm, and we should be cleaned up by 5pm.

  • Unless otherwise stated, you must bring your own tables (standard market table is fine).  Be prepared to table foot protectors if we are inside a gymnasium.

Evening Sip and Shops 

  • A shorter evening event usually in partnership with local restaurants, bars or coffee shops.

Important Notes

  • Kentucky Pop-Ups is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the property for this event. In addition, Kentucky Pop-Ups assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.

  • Vendors may have access to event space beginning 9am on day of event. The event concludes at 4:00pm and vendors have until 5:00 pm for break down.

  • Payment shall be made directly through the link provided upon application approval.

  • In an effort to offer a variety of offerings, we will be carefully selecting vendors, however we will certainly keep all applicants in mind for future events!

  • If selected for this event, we will be in touch promptly to confirm your participation and add you to our marketing content for the event.

  • Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, Kentucky Pop-Ups will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is cancelled by Kentucky Pop-Ups this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.

  • Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Kentucky Pop-Up Market. As a registered vendor you are welcome to submit a promotional item, i.e., coupon, business card, flyer etc., to be considered in our marketing content.

  • Your acceptance of these terms is verified and confirmed when you submit your application.
